About the Founder
Bearing was founded by filmmaker and educator Wayne Rodrigues, whose career spans more than 30 years in film and television, from major feature productions to documentary and commercial work.
Wayne is completing a Master of Education at Ontario Tech University, where his research explores the relationship between technology, learning, and human understanding.
That combination of filmmaking and education shapes Bearing’s approach: strong communication isn’t just about what an audience sees. It’s about what they understand, remember, and can do with it.
